Peter Erlangsen 

Peter Erlangsen was appointed chairman of the board in 2007. He has 25 years of experience in positions with increasing responsibilities as CEO, Managing Director, and Sales & Marketing Manager with international companies. He has previously been responsible for defining and executing several market entry strategies in multiple countries, and has extensive deal execution experience as well as a proven track record in successful turnarounds. 
Peter Erlangsen is the founder and CEO of Baule AG – a privately held company with investments in portfolio companies. Between 1994 and 2008 he held several management positions at Bossard Ltd. Switzerland and, as CEO Europe, has served as a member of the executive committee since 1999. 
Today he serves as a member of the boards of HMK Group, Baule AG, MoveYourBrand AG and IceTech A/S.Mr Erlangsen holds a M.Sc. degree in Economics and Business Administration and has completed several executive development programs at IMD. He was born on 24 May 1956 and is a Danish citizen.

Jesper Wilhelm Bo Langsted

Jesper Langsted was elected to the board in 1980. He has 34 years of experience as a lawyer and served on the Danish  Supreme Court since 1988. He founded and served at Advokatfirmaet Jesper Langsted from 1984 to 2005, and has been a partner at HjulmandKaptain in Hjørring since 2006.
Today he serves as board member at HMK Holding A/S, Kontor & Papir A/S, K & P Inventar A/S, Ingstrup Holding A/S, JMC Hjørring A/S, Novabil A/S, Aurionfonden, Taxa Vendsyssel, Bonusfonden and Den Erhvervsdrivende Fond Digital Experience Centre, and he is active in several networks in Denmark.
Mr Langsted holds a Cand. Jur. degree from the University of Aarhus. He was born on 17 October 1952 and is a Danish citizen.

Frank Ewald

Frank Ewald was elected to the board in 2007. He has 25 years of experience in the computer, broadband and data broadcasting industries as an entrepreneur, board member and investor.He was co-founder and International sales director at Tenfore International, a high-tech company that launched Europe's first broadband online service for satellite and cable networks. The company was later sold to Morningstar.In 1996 Mr Ewald co-founded The Fantastic Corporation and assumed the role of CEO Sales and Marketing Director.  The company went public in 1999 on Neuer Markt.In 2000 he became partner and co-founder of IVS A/S, which in 2007 became NorthCap Partners in a merger with Bankinvest IT venture. During his time at IVS, Mr was responsible for the development of several portfolio companies including Ascio Technologies, where he served as chairman before the company was sold to NBT Group in 2007.Today he serves as board member and venture capitalist at several European companies, including HMK Group, Northcap Partners A/S, Skyway Gmbh, Gravis Holding AG, MoveYourBrand AG and Vieux Village.Mr Ewald was born on 8 September 1956 and is a Danish citizen.

Mads Christian Rasmussen

Mads Rasmussen was elected to the board in 2007. He has 26 years of experience in the automotive and fur industries as an entrepreneur, board member and investor.In 1997 he was the founder and CEO of Jasopels A/S – the world leader in machinery and products for the fur Industry. Jasopels has acquired several other companies over the years and penetrated into new markets with an increasing product mix, one-stop shopping programmes and new cost-efficient products. Today he serves as board member and investor at HMK Group, IceTech A/S, Realto Polen, Ørnskov ejendomme Tyskland and MoveYourBrand AG.Mr Rasmussen was born on 21 June 1963 and is a Danish citizen.
