BACKGROUND: Mads joined HMK Bilcon as a construction specialist in 1989, before serving as construction manager and now techinical manager.

BACKGROUND: A mechanic by training, Lars started out at HMK Bilcon as an electrician. He was later made a foreman and was appointed production manager in 2010.
